Here is a fantastic design and fit out project we completed for a successful recruitment company in Chiswick Business Park, alongside a rebranding by @cohesionlabs. The entrance foyer with relaxing seating and large impactful branding upon the walls and suspended behind the reception desk made for a vibrant entrance, and a great first impression. We wanted to create a space that the workforce and clientele alike would be inspired by and proud of.
The cafeteria and break out rooms also were treated to a graphical wall covering derived from features of the company branding, helping to add a stylish and minimal space. It was important to Gazelle to create flexible and varied working areas, including lounge spaces, hot desks, meeting rooms and private room alongside the main office floor.
By creating a space that the staff wanted to call home would help encourage the increase in efficiency and conversions, and help Gazelle achieve the ideals of a 100 strong workforce.
We helped source practical and durable furniture as well as helping getting the best contracts for the rental furniture. Bespoke signage and furniture were also added to the scheme.
We were commissioned following a previously successful office design for a then 30 strong workforce Gazelle Global. We were strongly positioned to take those same concepts into their long term new home, and to provide a base for them to continue their growth.
