We recently worked with Sam to project manage the refurbishment of our apartment and we honestly couldn’t have done it without him! From start to finish Sam was absolutely fantastic - reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He’s super thoughtful and creative with a sharp eye for design that brought our ideas to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Sam was well organized and his communication was amazing – he always responded super fast, keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever we encountered issues (as you inevitably do with any renovation) he was brilliant at coming up with effective solutions that took a lot of the pressure off us. One of the highlights of working with Sam was his use of virtual reality designs. Being able to visualise the space before making decisions was a total game changer and it made the entire process so much smoother. Sam is also just such a pleasure to talk with – easy going yet professional. He made the whole experience enjoyable and less stressful - we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Our 1-year full house renovation was on time and on budget, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish because we had Sam taking care of every single detail meticulously; From designing the spaces and managing all the contractors, to always having time to sit with us, hearing patiently our ideas and… making them happen with a smile! His service even included interior design and furniture purchasing which was extremely helpful. Really nothing seems to be out of scope with Sam, and it really has been an absolute pleasure working with him. We worked with Sam on refurbishing our new family home in London. Sam coordinated the design and all the project management which included sourcing contractors, managing contracts, work scopes, budgets, schedules, necessary permissions, as well as sourcing and procuring everything. Sam literally guided us through the project. He helped us go from a vague idea to a functional and beautiful home for our family. Everything we hoped for! We had a great personal connection with Sam. It was critical when going through the design process and dealing with design/budget/schedule tradeoffs, which are inherent for such project. I also can't speak highly enough of Sam's professional ethics. He was able to find solution to every problem and ultimately bring the whole project to completion.

I've known Sam for two years now and he helped us through the whole design and build project for our renovation. I can wholeheartedly say that he is such a gem of a person, so honest and caring and, most importantly, trustworthy. Going through any building project can be so daunting but Sam just held our hand through the whole process, giving his honest opinion and looking out for our best interest. He is excellent at finding money saving tips without compromising the design element. Walking through my house, I can't believe the transformation, and it's so lovely to be back in our space again. Thanks to Sam we now have a beautiful house and through this journey he has become very close to us, like a son. I can't thank Sam enough.

Sam and Jamie excelled on this project. We have three children and work full time jobs so nothing happens in our household without help. Sam and Jamie provided their support in spades (and beyond their direct scope). They were highly professional and adept at working within COVID limitations. They delivered an exceptional outcome, in a short time period.

Their level of energy and engagement was outstanding; they have high attention to detail and ensured a high quality outcome that far exceeded our expectations. They even impressed our kids; who kept asking when Sam and Jamie are coming back! The outcome is summarized by the word that my wife and I uttered when completed... "WOW!"
