Hampstead Garden Suburb Renovation: Graphic Floor Tile W.C.
As part of this listed property renovation in Hampstead Garden Suburb, the ground floor W.C. was treated as an opportunity to introduce a more graphic element within an otherwise modern traditional scheme.
The focus is the floor. We’ve selected a patterned tile and developed a symmetrical layout, bringing order and clarity to the design. The configuration is critical, it can completely change the overall feel, so it’s always worth resolving it carefully.
The graphic tile is paired with a soft grey-blue, keeping the palette tonally aligned with the rest of the house while allowing the floor to carry the impact.
Once complete, the space will feel considered and balanced, proof that even the smallest rooms can hold their own when the materials are used with intent.
