Phase 1 of our luxurious Hadley Wood project, where hotel chic design meets family living practicality.
In this contemporary home, we’ve reimagined spaces to cater to an open plan and contemporary aesthetic. This was a full house renovation, incorporating a side return extension as well as a large rear extension.
Not revamped since its build in 2005, we fully rewired and replumbed to make a more efficient and smart home for our international clients.
These two large extensions enabled a spacious and practical kitchen/utility space, as well as a huge open plan living/dining/bar room. Bespoke furniture was designed and installed throughout, with special features like a custom bar, floating staircase, floating fireplace and then 4 luxurious ensuites. We specified all interior finishes and furniture, helping the client to finding the best quality for the right value.
A frameless glass roof covers the side return extension, with then the main extension receiving light from both 8m wide virtually frameless sliding doors, and then a large flat rooflight.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sam over the last 1.5 years.When first looking for a project manager/designer to take on my project, I had spoken with many people and Sam was the only person to have researched the history of my house prior to our initial call. It meant that we were able to hit the ground running on what I was looking for.
Sam gave clear guidance on estimated costings and did not hesitate to let us know in advance where our proposed budgets were unrealistic etc. so as not to get any surprises later.
As expected on any project, there were some hiccups along the way but throughout this Sam was incredibly supportive and actively worked to resolve any issues.
Sam has remained cost conscious and went out of his way to ensure the best prices and deals were found for all purchases however big or small.
I cannot recommend Sam highly enough, so much so that we have just signed him up again for a second project.
