We worked with Sam on refurbishing our new family home in London. Sam coordinated the design and all the project management which included sourcing contractors, managing contracts, work scopes, budgets, schedules, necessary permissions, as well as sourcing and procuring everything.
Sam literally guided us through the project. He helped us go from a vague idea to a functional and beautiful home for our family. Everything we hoped for!
We had a great personal connection with Sam. It was critical when going through the design process and dealing with design/budget/schedule tradeoffs, which are inherent for such project.
I also can’t speak highly enough of Sam’s professional ethics. He was able to find solution to every problem and ultimately bring the whole project to completion.
